WILL MY JEWELLERY BE WATERPROOF?
Yes, all our jewellery is water and airtight. However, we would not recommend swimming or cleaning products on your jewellery due to the type of resin the ashes are set in.
HOW MUCH ASHES WILL I NEED FOR MY ITEM?
No more than half a teaspoon of ashes will be required for any of our memorial jewellery items. When you place an order for your memorial keepsake we will send out an ashes collection kit that includes a small pot with a secure screw lid to collect some ashes. Please fill the pot and any left-over ashes will be returned with your finished piece.
CAN THE ASHES BE REMOVED ONCE IN JEWELLERY?
Memorials jewellery or keepsake are not reversible and your ashes cannot be removed from these items.
WHAT HAPPENES ONCE YOU HAVE ASHES OF MY LOVED ONE?
The safety of your loved one’s ashes is our top priority. As soon as we receive them an email will be sent straight out letting you know. They will be placed into our fire and waterproof safe. When working on your item it will all be sanitized and only working on one customer’s order at one time. Never will ashes get mixed up it is not possible.

WHAT ARE THE ASHES SET IN?
At Angel Ashes, we use a resin that, unlike glass will not crack or smash. This special resin is mixed with your loved one’s ashes and a blend of colouring agents. These together create a stunning bespoke memorial item of choice. These are available in 16 stunning colours.
HOW CAN I BE SURE THE ITEM CONTAINS THE ASHES OF MY LOVED ONE?
We follow a strict process from start to finish and no two customers pieces of jewellery are ever made at the same time. All ashes are labelled with the customer’s name and are kept separately in a secure safe. We also provide a certificate of authenticity that shows the name of whose ashes the memorial keepsake contains.
