  to send ORDERING PROCESS
We have made the ordering process as simple as possible.
There are two options to place an order with us to ensure that you get the perfect item.

OPTION 1

You will pick your item then it will require you to select colour and size options. If you do not know your ring size, you will be sent a ring sizer in your order collection pack so that you can confirm your ring size on the order form. Add item to the basket. Make a payment on our secure website. Then you will be sent out a collection pack. Once we receive the ashes of your loved one, it will take 2-4 weeks. Gold items are made to order, so please allow 4-6 weeks.

OPTION 2

You can click on REQUEST A FREE ORDER PACK which will contain an order form.
When returning the order form, you will need to send the ashes of your loved one in the pot provided and in the pre-addressed envelope.
Once we receive your order and your payment has been authorised, we will send you an email. You will get your item in 2-4 weeks.. Gold items are made to order, so please allow 4-6 weeks.

We can not take responsibility of any ashes until we have received them.

We recommend you use a recorded postal service to return ashes to me
